UNITED CHASE MEXICAN

The 22-year-old Mexican midfielder Hector Herrera has said that he is extremely excited to join a club like Manchester United. The Premier league club recently registered an interest in the player, but they are not the only club interested in securing his signature after it was revealed that Liverpool are also looking to sign him.

However, the player has openly admitted that he would favour a move to Manchester United ahead of other clubs. The player plays for the Mexican club Pachuca and the sporting director of the club recently admitted that there has been an official offer for the player, but refused to name the club.

However, it has been understood that the club is none other than the Premier league club Manchester United, who have been one of the most active in the transfer window so far. The club recently secured the signing of the Arsenal striker Robin van Persie in a deal worth around £ 70 million when you consider the entire four-year period of the contract. However, Sir Alex Ferguson wants to complete the summer transfer window purchases with the addition of the Pachuca midfielder Hector Herrera. Hector Herrera will become the next Mexican after Hernandez to join the club.

“The truth is that so far I know nothing about what is happening, I am not aware. From what I’ve heard there has been some news, but I have had no approach from the Pachuca club president or the people from Manchester. If given the opportunity to emigrate to European football of course I’d go but I have wait to see what the club officials say,” said the player in an interview given to the local tabloid. “There is an official interest. We have the document [from Manchester United], but there’s nothing else to add at this time,” said the sporting director of the club.
